Guy Yamen
Chairman of the Board

Guy is Managing Partner of TPY Capital, a private investment company investing in Israeli growth companies. Prior to founding TPY Capital, Guy worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company's New York City Office, advising financial institutions and global private equity firms. Guy holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated in distinction and a B.A. in Economics as well as an LL.B. (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University in Israel. 

Shmil Levy

Shmil is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and has decades of experience with growing leading internet, mobile and technology companies as an executive and investor. He currently serves on the boards of Kenshoo, Pontis, Behalf, Rounds, Scodix, Personetics, Ravello, Forter, Alooma, BigPanda and Olive. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil also served as President & CEO of Lannet prior to its acquisition, and VP of R&D at Madge Networks. Shmil has held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University.

Kobi Gershoni
Chief Research Officer &

Kobi is Chief Research Officer and co-founder of Signals Analytics and has 10+ years’ experience conducting research for multi-national corporations and venture capital funds. Kobi has additionally provided consultancy services to hi-tech companies and investors and served in an IDF intelligence unit as a senior analyst and information officer. Kobi holds a BA in International Relations and an MBA specializing in Finance and Strategy from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.


Dekel Persi

Dekel is an experienced corporate-finance and investment professional and has extensive experience as board member in several private and non-profit organizations. He holds senior finance and strategy positions with Taché Group of companies and is Co-Founder and Managing Partner in TPY Capital. Dekel holds a BA in Economics, with high distinction, from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

Boaz Dinte

Boaz is managing partner of Qumra Capital, an Israeli late-stage venture fund focused on investments in the rapid growth of technology companies. Prior to getting his start with Evergreen Venture Partners in 1996, Boaz built the sales and marketing infrastructure in Europe and Asia as Director of Business Development and Marketing of M-Systems. He joined M-Systems from POC, one of Israel’s leading management consulting firms, where he was a senior consultant with many leading technology companies in the early 90s. Boaz currently works with JFrog, Pontis, Qualisystems, eASIC and Notal. He has a B.Sc from the Technion in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. 

Gil Sadeh
CEO & Co-Founder

Gil is the CEO and co-founder of Signals Analytics, and has extensive experience in research and intelligence with over fourteen years of work as an intelligence officer in diverse business and governmental frameworks. Prior to becoming Signals Analytics' CEO, Gil served as a research director at Dolev-Abramovitch, a business and research information firm, managing projects with multinational corporations and governmental key accounts in the company. Gil holds his LLB and MA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel. 


Advisory Board


Vicki L. Sato, Ph.D

Dr. Vicki Sato, a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, joined Signals Analytics as an advisory board member in April 2015. With 25 years in the biotechnology industry, she served as president of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she led research programs in the areas of inflammation, thrombosis, and HIV disease, and participated in the executive management of the company. Currently, Dr. Sato is a member of the Board of Directors of both publicly and privately held companies, such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, PerkinElmer Corporation, and Syros Pharmaceuticals. 


Prof. Thomas H. Davenport

Tom is the author of the widely-acclaimed Big Data at Work and the President’s Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, the co-founder of the International Institute for Analytics, a Fellow of the MIT Center for Digital Business, and a Senior Advisor to Deloitte Analytics. In 2012, he was named one of the world’s top 50 business school professors by Fortune.


Prof. Frank Moss

Frank Moss has had a 35-year career as a high tech, biotech and health tech entrepreneur and author on innovative technologies. In addition to having served as CEO and Chairman of Tivoli Systems Inc, as well as the co-founder of many companies, Frank served as Director of the MIT Media Lab from 2006-2011 where he also headed the New Media Medicine group. 



Major General (Res.) 
Aharon Zeevi-Farkash

Farkash has had a 40-year career leading varied military intelligence divisions in the Israel Defense Forces. Today General Farkash is head of the Intelligence and National Defense Program for the Institute of National Security Studies, and completed the executive education program at Harvard Business School.
